Mahida Choudhury is a registered psychologist holding a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), a Bachelor of Psychological Studies (Honours), and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Western Sydney University.

Mahida works effectively with clients across broad age groups and has a particular passion for supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. She provides therapy for a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress and adjustment issues, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem challenges, ADHD, study stress, social skills and relationship difficulties, and parenting support.

Using a collaborative and client-centered approach, Mahida tailors therapy to each client's unique needs. She primarily utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, while also integrating elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Family Systems Therapy.

In addition to therapeutic services, Mahida provides psychometric assessments for intellectual disability, ADHD, and learning disorders. She is committed to delivering evidence-based care in a supportive and understanding environment, helping clients build resilience and achieve meaningful change.

Mahida is available for appointments at both Lindfield locations on Mondays and Fridays.
