Dr. Julia Garami
Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Julia Garami is passionate about helping clients turn emotional challenges into emotional growth. She believes that everyone has inner strengths to overcome challenges and has the potential to live a rich and meaningful life.

Her core approach is creating an empathic and caring therapeutic relationship with her clients, from which they can co-create ways to handle difficult thoughts, situations and emotions.

Julia works with both adults and young people experiencing anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), substance abuse, suicidality and disordered eating.

Julia is also experienced in psychometric testing for learning disorders (such as Dyslexia), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), giftedness and intellectual disability.
