Maria Villaseca is certified as a psychologist by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) and is listed in the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Wollongong.

She has worked as a clinical director, leading a team of psychologists at Creser, and has over 25 years of clinical experience in the treatment of adults in areas related to addictions, stress, anxiety, depression, and other conditions.

She utilises an integrative approach, combining tools from cognitive behavioural, systemic and narrative therapies to tailor the specific needs of each patient.

She aims to provide compassionate support to her patients’ path to psychological well-being. Her sessions create a safe therapeutic space of acceptance without judgement, where the patient is the protagonist, and the focus is to work towards completely solving their afflictions in the present moment.

As her patient, you will be accompanied on your search for inner balance through self-discovery in a contained atmosphere.

Maria is available for appointments at our Roseville location on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
