Craig Antony
Psychologist

Craig is a Registered Psychologist whose qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma Psychology, and a Master of Science in Applied Psychological Research. Craig is currently undertaking further studies towards a Master of Clinical Psychology (Post-Registration) qualification and is expected to graduate in early 2025.

Craig has over 13 years of experience working in front-line clinical roles within public mental health settings across the Northern Sydney area and has a strong background in supporting individuals within the community with a variety of mental health conditions. He has a specific interest in working with intellectual disabilities, behaviours of concern, personality disorders, alcohol and substance use, emotional dysregulation, anxiety and depression.

Craig’s therapeutic approach is one of a calm, friendly and respectful nature, with a focus on holistic and evidence-based approaches tailored to the individuals’ unique needs. Craig utilises skills from a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectial behaviour therapy (DBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based therapy.

Craig is available to work with children, adolescents, adults and families to help them achieve meaningful changes in their lives.
